Among the
many other mistakes I made as a new mom, I used to shop for my son's clothes at discount department stores. I reasoned that he grew out of them so quickly that I didn't want to spend a lot of money. But when they came out of the dryer they were often shrunk, stretched, or pilled, and looked shabby before they'd even been worn.
When my son received some
Gymboree clothing as a gift, I
loved it. Not only is their clothing adorable, but it's well made and fits great. I made up my mind that the extra cost was worth it and headed to Gymboree. Boy, was I surprised when the prices were the same or often lower than what I'd been buying before!
Obviously, I became a big fan of Gymboree. I also love a good deal, so when I heard about Gymboree's Refer-a-Friend promotion, I couldn't wait to grab my best friend and go shopping. (If you bring a friend to Gymboree and they sign up for
Gymboree Rewards, you BOTH get 25% off your purchase. Even sale items! You can see the terms
here.)

With 4 kids, Donna loves Gymboree because shopping there gives her a much needed break she can pass the clothes down and they still look great. |
Want to see what I got on our shopping trip?
Gymboree was having some great half off sales. Between the sales and our 25% off, we both saved a lot of money.
Want to see how much these adorable clothes cost?
I also picked up some cute stocking stuffers. Yes, I'm
that kind of mom. They get fun stuff in there too (where's a defensive font when you need one?)
The best part? We also earned
Gymbucks, so we'll be doing it all again in January!
This post is sponsored by Gymboree. Bring a friend to a Gymboree store and sign up for Gymboree Rewards together and you'll both SAVE 25% off an in-store purchase.
You got some really cute stuff! And you are right about their clothes holding up--my older daughters' clothes have my it through my niece, my younger daughter, and my other niece! Plus they have a tv in their store to entertain the kids!
