DIY Jungle Vines

I made these jungle vines for my son's Diego jungle birthday party, but I'm also planning on using them for a Jack & the Beanstalk project and they would be great for any party with a jungle theme.


The inspiration came from One Charming Party, but I do not know how to work my sewing machine, so her instructions were out.  I came up with my own hot glue gun version.

I went to Michael's looking for twine but I saw some green raffia on clearance that I thought would work great too.

I cut different size leaf shapes from various green fabrics.

I used a hot glue gun to attach the leaves randomly to the raffia.

I also added some green curling ribbon.

I hung them above the counter along with some Diego decorations.
